Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all services provided by Sai Orbit Capital Private Limited via its Phone2Pay app and website.

1. Successful Transactions & Services

Once a recharge, bill payment, or utility service is successfully completed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. After the service has been delivered (e.g., bill processed by biller), a refund is not possible.

2. Failed or Pending Transactions

If a transaction fails but the amount is deducted, we will initiate a refund to the same payment method within 5–7 working days.

If a transaction is in pending status due to third-party issues (bank/API provider/network), we will follow up and resolve as per their policies and refund if applicable.

3. Cashback, Rewards, Referral Bonuses

Cashback, reward points, and referral bonuses issued by Phone2Pay are non-refundable and non-transferable.

If such rewards are wrongly applied or discrepancies occur, users must inform support. Final decision rests at the company’s discretion.

4. Financial Products (Loans / Insurance / Investments)

Cancellation or refund for financial products is subject to guidelines from RBI, IRDAI, SEBI, or other regulatory bodies. Once such products are availed and processed, refunds may not be possible. Please refer to specific product terms.
